TERMS & CONDITIONS – accepting our price estimate and booking our services is YOUR AGREEMENT TO OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS. As a side of the contract you age obliged to following these TERMS & CONDITIONS, part of which are shown below, unless you unambiguously express otherwise via contacting us upon receiving these TERMS & CONDITIONS.

DATE AND TIME – WEEK DAY,DATE, ARRIVAL TIME

NAME AND CONTRACT NUMBER – CUSTOMER NAME, CONTRACT NUMBER

MOVING FROM – STREET, TOWN,POST CODE

MOVING TO – STREET, TOWN,POST CODE

ITEMS FOR REMOVAL – LIST OF ITEMS FOR REMOVAL

SIZE OF MOVING TEAM – number of drivers and vans. Depending on the quantity and volume of items you ordered for removal, there will be one man and van sent to you.

PRICE ESTIMATE – The estimate rate is PRICE PER TWO HOURS for (number of men) for up to (amount of time). This is a relative price based on information you provided and estimate on the amount of time for the service. Additional time charge rate is PRICE PER HOUR per hour.

PRICING PER HOUR AND PAYMENT – The estimated one hour rate is PRICE PER HOUR for one man with van. The minimal amount of time for the service two hours. The time is summed up upon completion of the job/service with the service time being rounded up to the closest half hour. The only accepted payment method is CASH. Charge time begins upon the first team’s arrival.

PREPARING the items is your obligation unless you’ve paid for the additional packaging service.

PLEASE NOTE that that premises must be prepared as well.

SAFELY preparing for the removal includes (but is not limited to) packing all items safely and all boxes, bag, suitcases etc. be securely closed, sealed and/or taped. You are to provide easy access to the items that are to be removed. Any items which are not part of the initial quote that are to be removed WILL BE CHARGED ADDITIONALLY in accordance with our hourly rates depending on the amount of time required for their removal.

PREPAYMENT is sometimes required – PART of or the ENTIRE QUOTED PRICE. Such deposit is payed directly to the driver before the actual removal begins. Any additional charged due to prolonged time of the service are paid upon completion of the job/service.

PROBLEMS with the CONDITION of the items are to be reported before the completion of the removal. Any DAMAGE on both the premises and the item like scratches, partial or full breakage, holes, missing items etc. must be taken to the attention of our team before it completes the services. Making a payment is considered your agreeing the service was carried out without any PROBLEMS and you haven’t got any COMPLAINTS.

Our company does not oblige itself with completing a job/service/project within any time frame or BEFORE any specified moment in time. Our company will not be held accountable for delays caused by unforeseen events such as (but not limited to) road traffic, difficult access to the premises of the removal. We are not responsible for any missed deadlines (such as end of tenancy). All removals and related services are executed as expedient as possible, but we do not give any guarantee of completion time.

ADDITIONAL FEES (including parking) the are not part of the quote are not included in the QUOTED PRICE due by the customer. These fees include but are not limited to parking fees, congestion charge and any other fees that are related to executing the service. It is the customers responsibility to cover those fees before the job/service is competed.

Our company reserves the right to use the logo any company or organization using our services’ logo in the customers section of any of our websites.
